With a background in operations, sales, customer success, and talent matching, I have honed my expertise in scaling business operations, optimising processes, client acquisition, CRM management, and sales strategy execution across various industries, including EdTech and remote work environments. I’m also deeply passionate about emerging technologies, AI, and automation, which led me to pursue an MBA specialising in Artificial Intelligence & Automation at Nexford University. This journey has empowered me to explore innovative solutions that drive efficiency and business growth.
